Accessiview provides tools designed to help improve aspects of website accessibility and usability. Accessiview does not guarantee compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), or any other accessibility laws, regulations, or standards.

Accessibility laws and requirements vary by jurisdiction and depend on many factors beyond the use of a widget, including website structure, content, third-party integrations, and ongoing maintenance. The use of Accessiview alone may not ensure full legal compliance, prevent accessibility complaints, or eliminate legal risk.
